In today’s rapidly changing political and policy landscape, healthcare organizations face growing pressure to respond to forces that directly impact the health of communities. HealthBegins is excited to lead a pre-conference workshop at the Camden Coalition’s “Putting Care at the Center 2026” conference.
This hands-on workshop introduces HealthBegins’ Collaborative Action Framework, providing practical tools to help leaders respond to the shared financial and political challenges facing their organizations, partners, and place-based collaboratives.
Participants will practice applying the “5Rs” organizational strategies (Risk-Sharing, Resource-Sharing, Response Coordination, Rights Protection, and Reimagining Policy & Power) to assess and respond to today’s evolving threats while strengthening one of HealthBegins’ seven Leadership Competencies. They’ll also connect with a national network of peers and organizations working together to protect health, build solidarity, and advance health equity.
